Most of these will have been bought, fried, and sold to tourists on Pub Street later that night.
Congealed chicken blood wrapped in chicken intestines and served on a stick.
This is a euphemism for dog.
On Sunday, this is where the Khmer people come to relax.
We spent two weeks in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Most of the Cambodian people we met were surprised we were staying there so long, but we enjoyed slowing down a little bit. And it gave us the time to see some amazing things (many of those courtesy of Bees Unlimited). Here are some of what we saw during our stay.
Note: We toured a few markets during our stay and these markets can be brutal. Some of these images can be a little disturbing to lovers of animals. Also, there are a few spider pictures. So arachnophobes please proceed with caution.
